About IBB

What’s IBB?

A blog showcasing and providing links to Islamic based/themed bulletin boards and related resources around the internet to help you:

Stimulate

Educate

Decorate

Islamic Bulletin Boards (IBB) is a joint project of Umm Abdul Basir and Umm Ibrahim.

Our goal is to highlight Islamic themed bulletin boards that can be found around the net, including ones made by us. We’d like to make this a directory, if you will, of Islamic bulletin boards that homeschoolers, public/private school educators, and parents can come to to get ideas and resources for making Islamic themed bulletin boards to help bring Islam alive to Muslim children as well as to possibly enlighten non Muslim children about the beautiful religion of Islam.

Know of any great already made Islamic bulletin boards?

If you have made or know of an Islamic bulletin board display, please leave a comment/link so that we can add it here!

What bulletin boards would you like to see/use?

Also, please check out our poll on the right side bar on any of the post pages.

Let us know what types of bulletin boards you’d like to see and insha Allah, we’ll try to make them up for you to download, print, and put up!

You can locate the different boards in the links at the right side. Currently, you have to download the different elements separately and these links are found in invididual posts. We will try to offer all elements for a board in one download in the future if that is more convenient, in shaa Allah.

Assalam Alaikum Sister, Firstly i would like to say well done for doing such a great job. This is definitely an area which needed attention. As an Islamic Educator I found myself struggling and having to make my own child friendly posters. I run Islamic Workshops for children within UK. I would love to share somethings which i have created. However Im not see great when it comes to uploading things onto the internet. Perhaps you can help me in this matter. I would love for others to benefit. I am always getting ideas from sisters like yourself who have taken the time to create blogs which could benefit others. Mashallah! May Allah reward you for your work.

Alhamdulillah!!! I ran across your site when I was researching ways to set up my Kindergarten classroom. I am so excited to set up my room with some Islamic themes just as Hidaya stated. Allah is truly merciful!
